When will my Ragini Mittal order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. Ragini Mittal may take up to a week to ship. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "My Account" and then "My Orders."

Through what carrier do your orders ship?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail, UPS Ground or Air.

Returns

I just received my order, but I’d like to return part of it. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we don’t except returns. Please note: Personalized styles are final sale only.

Can I exchange the item I just received for a different Ragini Mittal item on your site?

At this time, we cannot process exchanges. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email info@raginimittal.com

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

It looks like you charged me multiple times. Help!

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.

Why was my credit card declined?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at info@raginimittal.com

Promotions

Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

Are any items excluded from promotion codes?

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on Sales, Limited Edition Pieces and gift cards. If you have questions about the exclusions, please email info@raginimittal.com

Can I exchange/return gifts? Gifts cannot be returned for monetary refund. However, we can sometimes make exceptions and complete exchanges for items received as gifts only if the items are in new condition, as well as in their ORIGINAL packaging.

How do I care for my jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking fresh and beautiful, do not expose it to water or cleaners, as this may cause the plating to tarnish. The jewelry should be kept out of extreme heat and humidity, and should avoid substances such as sweat, perfume and other erosive liquids.

Is Ragini Mittal jewelry lead and nickel free? We guarantee that all metals used in our jewelry are completely free of lead and nickel or contain only trace amounts deemed insignificant by the strictest standard for lead and nickel safety.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any packages refused on delivery by the customer. This does not apply to orders returned with a Return Authorization.

Reshipment Orders: The shipping charges for special requests such as reshipment orders may be higher than the shipping charges for normal web orders. In these cases, your customer service representative will make the shipping cost known to you at the time that the order is placed.

Oversized packages: Please note that large packages may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases, a customer service representative will make the shipping cost known to you before your order is processed.
